Chris holds a Master in Organizational Psychology. After a variety of consultant and senior management positions at EY, Amazon and ING, he decided to follow his entrepreneurial drive. With his co-founders he started YUCA Corporate Psychology, blending his management experience with his strong international assessment and development expertise. Chris is highly dedicated to deliver true value and, while his style can be typed as down to earth and no nonsense, clients value his genuine helpful approach and his to the point and sharp analysis.

Christiaan Smit

Managing Partner

Esther holds an executive Master in Behavioural Psychology & Change from INSEAD. She has worked in international management positions at Pirelli, Whirlpool, Bugaboo and Quooker. Esther became an expert in change management & the full spectrum of behaviour, ranging from consumer to organization and leadership. It also triggered her to publish her first book “The Feel Good Factor”. Esther is a sharp listener, straightforward with high emotional intelligence. Her passion lies on the cutting edge of business strategy and human behaviour.

Corporate Psychologist & Executive Coach

Caroline holds a master in Development Psychology and is a seasoned executive coach and experienced psychologist. She has a strong focus on ongoing, long term, continuous development and improvement of professionals. While she has an extensive track record as a senior consultant in international businesses like EY and Resources Global Professionals, she also has great expertise on topics such as, coping with high pressure environments, stress and work-life balance challenges. Caroline’s style can be described as pragmatic, goal-oriented and highly impactful.

Judith holds an executive master in Psychodynamic Counselling (MPC). She has an extensive track record as an executive, operational manager and trusted advisor. She has worked in complex international environments in business and financial services as well as in industry such as KPMG, Royal Philips, Heineken, Aon and Sony. Her style can be described as open, explicitly objective and no nonsense. Questions are asked in such a way that it creates more than expected openness, trust and clarity.

Mendel holds a master in Organizational Psychology. Her key expertise lies in leadership selection and development. She likes to work with individuals, explore their key strengths and support their personal growth. Throughout her career in consultancy she has worked with international senior leaders and corporate clients in various industries with a focus on the financial services industry and the medical technology industry. Her style can be described as hands-on, objective and positive. She is a sharp listener who is naturally able to build trust and to give feedback with impact at the same time.

Mendel Sosef

Annelieke holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She started her career in the hospitality industry where she took the opportunity to work abroad for several years.  After finishing her Psychology Degree, she worked for several consultancy firms with a focus on assessment and coaching. She is inspired to help high performers gain more insight in their qualities and to further develop their skill set. Her style can be described as openminded, analytical and goal oriented.

Cécile holds a Bachelor of Education in English, and has worked in international business for more than 25 years. She is an experienced professional, skilled in the analysis and implementation of complex and critical projects and processes. For T-Mobile, she was the expert on roaming and product management. As a team manager and in-company trainer, she became convinced of the value of people in organizations and the importance of growth and development of competences and skills, in order to achieve both personal and professional success.
