As a member of the Yuca team your focus will be on the delivery of individual and team development assessments, selection assessments and individual coaching. You will be trained and certified to work with the unique Harrison Assessment™ tool.

The ideal corporate psychologist is registered, with extensive experience in development as well as selection assessments and coaching on executive/board level. International corporate experience is a must. You have a fascination for human behaviour and are able to connect quickly with leaders and executives at critical positions. What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced registered psychologist with extensive international corporate experience.

You love to help people and explore together their behavioural patterns with the intrinsic motivation to help them to become more balanced and effective.

You have a well-developed emotional intelligence and are able to truly connect with people, build trust and make them feel safe and cared for. You are sensitive to feel the unsaid, and sharp in picking up signals and relevant information for you to connect the dots and uncover blind spots.

You have excellent verbal capabilities, both in interviewing skills as well as writing skills in Dutch and English, and preferably another language as well. Your remarks are to the point and well formulated. Less is more. You are able to find the right nuance and tone of voice matching your client’s needs and context.

Executives and entrepreneurs see you as their trusted advisor, an expert in the field of leadership and behaviour. You understand the requirements and challenges of the organisation and you build relationships focusing on getting a deep understanding of your client’s needs. You are transparent and able to deal with politics, you remain objective and you deliver a clear and well-founded advice even if this is challenging for the client.

Experience:

• Registered Psychologist, preferable specialism Organisational / Behavioural
• Proven track record: delivered more than 1000 selection & development assessments on executive level
• International corporate / private equity experience
• Preferably (senior) management and entrepreneurial experience in building and driving own business
• A true expert in the field of behavioural psychology who likes to deliver excellent results

Core Competencies:

• Outstanding interview skills (also skilled in interviewing on-line) in Dutch and English, third language preferred
• Outstanding writing skills in both Dutch and English, sharp and to the point
• Strong on both intuition and analytical skills: able to uncover blind spots, to explain patterns and to connect the dots
• Excellent advisor, translating powerful insights into practical steps
• Strong relationship builder, connects and builds trust
